电子海图与船舶导航

[摘要] 为了达到航运的安全与经济，驾驶员必须掌握各种信息，海图是最基本的工具之一。电子海图作为航海技术发展的产物，随着科技的提高越来越成熟。基于电子海图的各系统，在使用电子海图的基础上，叠加各种导航数据完成综合的船舶驾驶。电子海图在船舶导航上扮演越来越重要的角色，本选题通过对电子海图的发展、种类、相关术语和标准及配备要求和现状的介绍来更加系统的认识电子海图；通过对AIS信息、助航标志信息、天气预报信息、雷达图像信息的导入来介绍电子海图和各信息终端的联系，从而来实现电子海图上的信息综合；进一步的根据综合后的电子海图和各种信息介绍电子海图导航系统。而电子海图做为一种电子产品，也存在局限，最后从当前电子海图存在的问题入手，针对这些问题，提出了相对的措施。

[Abstract]  In order to achieve the safety of shipping and the economy, the driver must master all kinds of information, charts, one of the most basic tools. Electronic chart navigation as a product of technological development, with the technology to improve more and more mature. Based on the electronic chart of the system, in the use of electronic charts on the basis of the superposition of a variety of navigation data to complete an integrated ship driving. Electronic chart navigation of the ship to play an increasingly important role, the topic of electronic chart the development of the types of related terms and standards and requirements and the status quo with an introduction to a more systematic understanding of electronic chart; through AIS information, aids to navigation signs information, weather information, radar images to introduce information into the electronic chart and information terminals in a bid to come to the realization of electronic chart information on the synthesis; further after under the Comprehensive Electronic Chart and all kinds of information to introduce electronic chart navigation system. The electronic chart as an electronic products, there are limitations, and finally from the current electronic chart problems exist, in view of these problems, put forward a relative measure.
