The third part is the detailed introduction of features in diplomatic translation. There are three obvious features of diplomatic translation: sensitivity and seriousness of diplomatic translation; handling appropriately in the diplomatic translation and using the words properly; handling the criterion of fidelity strictly in the diplomatic translation.
