本文首先阐述有关知识管理国内外的基本概念、基础理论以及众多学者对知识管理、隐性知识的界定、在企业管理中的地位，以及对我国在未来的市场竞争取胜的作用等；然后在借鉴国外隐性知识管理研究基础上对我国现在企业隐性知识管理中的应用以及存在的问题进行分析归类并总结出其现象背后的深层次原因，最后针对不同的原因提出自己的看法和解决措施。
