摘 要
网吧计费管理系统是典型的信息管理系统(MIS),其开发主要包括后台数据库的建立和维护以及前端应用程序的开发两个方面。对于前者要求建立起数据一致性和完整性强、数据安全性好的库。而对于后者则要求应用程序功能完备,易使用等特点。
本论文包括需求分析、系统功能、系统设计、程序设计、系统测试及存在问题等方面，较为系统地介绍了“网吧计费管理系统”课题开发的整个过程。

ABSTRACT

Net Bar Time Fee Management System is a typical application of managing information system (know as MIS), which mainly includes developing the application interface of front-end and building up and maintaining the database of back-end. The former should make the function of application integrated and the usage is easy, the latter required a database with powerful consistency and integrality, and nice security.
This thesis includes requirement analysis, system function, systems design, programming and the system tests and exists the aspects such as question etc, and comparatively systematically introduced the whole course of "Net Bar Time Fee Management System " subject development.
