[摘要]:本文先明确了工作满意度、组织承诺及离职相关定义。参考相关研究,工作满意度与组织承诺间存在着正向关系,工作满意度和组织承诺与员工离职显著负相关,而且组织承诺对员工离职意向具有更大的解释性。最后提出降低员工离职率的解决对策。

[Abstract]: It is defined that this paper first clearly to job satisfaction and organization commitment and leaves job to be related. Reference is related to study , there is positive relation between job satisfaction and organizational commitment. But there is negative relation between job satisfaction organization commitment and leave job .Also organization commitment explan the leaves job for employee intention more better.Finally it offers the solution of reducing job leaving rate.
