摘　要　论述了核电站常规岛及电站辅助设施设计自主化的重要意义、目标。在国内设计单位与国际标准的工程公司能力差异比较的基础上，提出了实施上述目标的步骤和方法。

Abstract　The significance and target of China′s self-reliance in design of CI(conventional island)and BOP(balance of plant)of nuclear power plants are discussed in the article.The inadequacies in capability of Chinese Design Institute as compared with the international standard A／E Company are pointed out and the way to achieve the mentioned target is expounded.
