　　　设计了一款双层私人立体车库，设计内容包括：车库的机械结构设计和车库的控制系统设计两个部分。机械结构部分包括下层载车板的横移机构设计和上载车板的升降机构设计。上载车板的升降机构为平面摇杆机构，这样使得在升降过程中可以避开下层所停放车辆，实现双层车库车辆的自由停取。控制系统的设计主要包括液压回路的设计和PLC电路设计及其程序设计。主要依靠电磁换向阀来实现动作切换，基本操作输入为按钮输入，并以接近开关作为运动终止的判断及反馈依据。

Title    The  Design  of  Double  Private  Parking  System    

       
Abstract
A double private parking system is designed.This design mainly includes two aspects:the design of mechanical structure and the design of controlling system.The design of mechanical structure is composed of the lateral movement of the lower tray and the vertical movement of the upper tray. To avoid the collision with the lower vehicle during operation. The vertical movement of the upper parking board is in accordance with the crank-rocker mechanism, achieving the function of the vehicles’ parking in and out freely. Control System includes two aspects: hydraulic circuit and PLC circuit and program of which. Switching among the moments is implemented by electromagnetic valves.All the initial moments are operated with buttons,and stopped by the proximity switches.
