xx医院头孢菌素类药应用情况分析

摘要：目的 分析xx市医院抗菌药物中头孢菌素类药物的临床使用情况及趋势，为使用头孢菌素类药物提供参考数据，进一步为合理用药服务。方法 抽取xx市医院2012年某月处方，在里面挑出含有头孢菌素类药物的处方，再进行统计分析。结果 第三代头孢菌素年销售金额和用药频度均最大，其次是第二代头孢菌素，接着是第一代头孢菌素，第四代头孢菌素最小。片剂中第三代头孢菌素的头孢克肟用药频度最大，针剂中用药频度较大的分别为第三代头孢菌素的头孢噻肟及第二代头孢菌素的头孢孟多酯。结论 xx市医院头孢菌素类药物的临床应用情况基本合理，但个别处方中也存在一些问题，故有待于医院进一步的加强规范管理，做到安全合理用药。

Abstract：Objective Application and trend analysis of antibacterial drug in Zhangzhou Hospital of cephalosporin antibiotics, and to provide reference data for the use of cephalosporins, further for clinical rational application service. Method From 2012 on a prescription, and select the use of cephalosporins prescriptions. Result The third generation of cephalosporin use number and the amount of drugs is the most, the second generation cephalosporins times, followed by the first generation cephalosporin, fourth generation cephalosporin minimum. The third generation cephalosporin cefixime tablets in the largest amount of large quantity, injection were third generation cephalosporin cefotaxime and two generation cephalosporins cefamandole. Conclusion The use of cephalosporins in Zhangzhou Hospital was basically rational, but there exist some problems in the individual prescription, it needs to further strengthen hospital management, to achieve safe and rational drug use.
