660mw超超临界机组汽动给水泵组油中进水和密封水回收的分析与处理.doc

摘要：
通过对电厂#1、#2汽轮机组给水泵密封水回水系统研究，结合汽动给水泵结构特点，综合了单级水封、多级水封、和带水箱密封水回收系统的优点，经过对机组密封水系统的改造，彻底地解决了给水泵润滑油系统进水、密封水不能回收的问题。对同类型660MW超超临界机组给水泵密封水回收系统和给水泵组稳定运行有一定的借鉴作用。

Abstract:
Through to Xinchang Power plant #1, the #2 steamship unit feed pump seal water backwater system research, the union steam moves the feed pump unique feature, synthesized the single stage hydraulic packing, the multistage hydraulic packing, and the belt water tank seal water recovery system merit, passes through seals the aqueous system to the Xinchang unit the transformation, solved the feed pump lubricating oil system to enter the question thoroughly which the water, the seal water could not recycle.Has certain model function to the same type 660MW ultra supercritical unit feed pump seal water recovery system and the feed pump group stable movement.
