摘要
   绿萝是非常优良的室内装饰植物之一,攀藤观叶花卉。为提高绿萝的观赏品质, 试验采用水培的方法[1], 研究了不同浓度的铝离子对绿萝生长发育及叶色的影响[2]。结果表明,绿萝对不同铝离子浓度供应的反应不同。当营养液中铝离子浓度低于1μmol/L , 有利于植株鲜重、叶绿素含量和根活力的增加,且随铝离子浓度的增加而增加;当铝离子浓度为1μmol/L时, 植株鲜重、叶绿素相对含量和根活力达到最大值;当营养液中铝浓度继续增大时,开始出现铝中毒症状。在整个铝离子浓度(0~1000μmol/L)处理范围内,绿萝幼苗叶片的细胞膜透性、丙二醛含量、可溶性糖的含量呈逐渐上升的趋势。当铝离子浓度分别为0.1μmol/L和1μmol/L时,绿萝幼苗叶片的细胞膜透性、可溶性糖的含量、根中丙二醛含量增幅不大;随着铝离子浓度的继续增加,绿萝幼苗叶片的细胞膜透性、可溶性糖的含量、根中丙二醛含量明显增大。

Abstract
  Scindapsus aureus is one of the very good interior decoration of the plant, akebi folia- ge flowers. To improve other ornamental quality, test using hydroponic method [1], the  different concentration of aluminum ions influence on money plant growth and leaf color [2]. The results show that the other supply response is different for different aluminum ion concentration. When the nutrient solution concentration of aluminum is less than1μmol/L, is conducive to plant fresh weight, chlorophyll content and root activity increased, and  increased with the increased concentration of aluminum ions; When aluminium ion concentration is 1μmol/L, plant fresh weight, chlorophyll relative content and root activity reached the maximum; When the nutrient solution concentration of aluminum continues to increase, aluminum poisoning symptoms. In the aluminum ion concentration (0 ~ 1000μmol/L) processing range, money plant seedling leaf cell membrane permeability,malondialdehyde content, soluble sugar content was gradually rising trend. When the concentration of aluminum ions were 0.1μmol/L and 1μmol/L, other seedling leaf cell membrane permeability, soluble sugar content,MDA content in root growth; With aluminium ion concentration continued to increase, the other seedling leaf cell membrane permeability, soluble sugar content, MDAcontent in root increased obviously.
