摘要： 目前，由于CMOS集成电路具有灵敏度高，工作电压范围大等优点，应用广泛和成熟的各种计数器都是利用CMOS集成电路制成的。可逆条纹计数仪也是以CMOS集成电路为基本组成部分，将信号进行差分处理后计数。此计数仪具有抗干扰强、集成度高、应用范围广、外围电路简单、低功耗等优点。设计了一种新的干涉条纹可逆计数仪，分析了对计数进行干扰的几种因素及排除的方法。该设计应用光电变换原理，把由氦—氖激光器或钠光灯所发出的光信号转换成电信号，并经过适当的处理，把干涉条纹变化的数量用计数器记录并显示出来，比常规的干涉条纹计数手段更加自动化，数据更加准确直观。

Abstract: A new interference fringe counter on the basis of photo electric principles which converts optical signals emitted by helium-neon laseror or sodium-light lamp into electrical ones is introduced.After data processing and caculating,number of interference fringes is displayed by the counter.This meter is automatic and the data paocessed are more precise than those of the existing interference fringe counter.
