摘 要
我国于1986年开始发行企业债券，发行的规模总体偏小，处于一个相对滞后的层面。企业债券市场发展至今显现出企业债券作为一种筹资工具的不可替代的优点，同时也不可避免的显示出其可提升发展的弱点。为了繁荣企业债券市场，我们需要发挥创造性的思维，完善规章制度，推动市场的完善。

Abstract
In 1986 our country began to issue corporate bonds but the size is small in all. It is on the comparable hysteretic level. Now enterprise bond market development has shown corporate bonds’ irreplaceable advantages as a financing tool. However we also can find its inevitable weakness which need to be promoted. To improve corporate bond market we need to have a creative thinking and complete the rules and regulations.
