【英文摘要】A healthy and steady development of the small-and-medium-sized enterprises will favor a rapid growthof the national economy. In the process of the reform of enterprises, we need to take up an innovation of both mentality andtechnology and develop a sound attitude toward thedevelopment of the small-and-medium-sized enterprises. Astrong support to the development of those enterprises shouldbe untaken in fiscal, financial and tax-collecting policies.
