辽宁省建平县铁矿业发展战略思考.doc

摘要：
近年来，铁矿业在辽宁省建平县迅速兴起，成为该县经济发展的重要支撑。但由于铁矿业对于建平还是一个年轻的产业，无论政府管理还是企业经营都缺乏经验。从政府方面看，地方管理措施不健全，国家政策执行不力，乱采乱挖等现象屡禁不止；从企业经营管理方面看，存在着投资不足、工艺落后、安全隐患大等一系列问题，严重影响了铁矿业的可持续发展。本文通过对建平县铁矿业经营管理中问题的分析，结合建平县铁矿经营的具体特点，提出了招商引资、网络营销以及建立现代企业制度等可持续发展战略。

Strategic Consideration on the Development of Iron Mineral Industry of
Jianping Country Liaoning Province


Abstract:
In recent years,the iron mineral industry emerges rapidly in Jianping country Liaoning Province and becomes an important support of economic development. But, because the iron mineral industry is a young industry for Jianping country,regardless of the management from the government or the enterprises all lack of experiences. Looking from the government aspect,the local authority’s management measures are not perfect,the execution of national policy doesn’t strength,the phenomenon of randomly mining endures repeatedly to continue and so on;Looking from the enterprises’ management and operation aspect, there are a series of problems,ike the investment’s insufficiency,the craft’s backwardness,the security danger hidden in a big way and so on.They have seriously affected the sustainable development of iron mineral industry of jianping country.This article analyses the management problems in Jianping county’s iron mineral industry unifying the concrete characteristics of Jianping’s iron management,and proposes sustainable development strategies like the attraction of investments, the network marketing as well as the establishment of modern enterprise system.
