天车减速机故障诊断初探

摘要：减速机是天车传动系统的重要组成部分。为了保证天车正常使用，需要对减速机故障进行快速处理，需要将简易与精密的诊断方法应用于天车大车、小车、主卷、副卷减速机的诊断上。应用倒频谱分析等先进技术对减速机进行故障诊断，建立故障诊断专家系统。

Abstract：Reducer is an important component of Crane drive system. In order to ensure the normal use of overhead travelling crane, reducer fault needs to be expedited, needs to be simple and sophisticated diagnostic methods used in crane truck, trolley, master volume, Vice volume reducer on the diagnosis. Application of cepstrum analysis and other advanced technology to troubleshoot the reducer, the establishment of fault diagnosis expert system.
